About Rein Ant

I started working with computers, as a full-time job, beginning of 2006. Since then I have gone trough all the new updates and improvements related to software, hardware and everything around it. Building a rack full of network equipment from scratch and patch different cables is also a fun thing to do. One of my skills would be customer support in person. It is always a pleasure to help users with their everyday computer issues, even if it´s just a click to make everything to work. Finding workarounds and rescuing important data takes lots of patience, but in the end it all pays off.Administrating different systems and applications is a part of everyday work. I try to give my best in onboarding new hires - having a good first day experience is a must.
