Cologne Area, Germany

The computational counterpart to a measurement campaign done on a transonic axialcompressor was simulated, using DLR's in-house flow solver. This resulted in the validation of both measurements and simulations. An analysis with respect to the casing treatment interaction increased the general understanding of local flow phenomena.
