Plan, improve, and re-launch new products for the seven business unit and conceptualise internal growth business ideas to promote brand growth. Honoured the excellence with company recognition “German Brand Award” for 2018 in the category Industry, machines & engineering by the German Brand Institute and the German Design Council. Repositioned and redesigned the E-Bike-Motor TQ-HPR 120S, developed and brought the name under patent protection through effective sales and marketing initiative.  Created and provided eight leading models of the Market leader in E-Mountain Bike Market, HAIBIKE with the TQ-Bike Motor HPR120S that increased revenue of TQ from 1,5M to 12M within a year and the agreement for 30M.

Planned, updated, and directed regular business tasks to ensure key completion of brand and marketing operations in conjunction with CEO to further enhance brand and build market share.Managed marketing functions and implemented industry best practices to deliver initiatives for all brands under the roof of the Group. Championed the launching and promotion of SALEWA 3/2015 product for delivery of high double digit growth despite a difficult market situation. Boosted marketing potential of new products and existing lines, defined retail target, monitored performance, and mitigated risks. Led the design, enforcement, and acquisition of the POMOCA Brand across Switzerland for their global orientation.  Re-launched the brand from a visual point of view (CI and Brand Values) and re-positioned as an ingredient brand with leadership in the OEM Market for that product category.Group Brand and Marketing Director for all brands under the roof of OberAlp Group - SALEWA, Dynafit, POMOCA, Wild Country as well as all ingredient brands - Powertex, Stormwall, Dryton, polarlite, durastretch and the retail platform with its "brands".

Employed brand strategy and innovation unit plan for new launches and integration of the brand, catalogue support, and optimised portfolio performance.Increased customer knowledge, introduced marketing efforts for consumer groups, launched new conference events, and strengthened brand recognition through execution of campaign strategies. Developed and executed annual operating and marketing plans that deliver business aims and align with brand strategies. Gained maximum profit for DYNAFIT on all product categories by over 10% and soared from 3, 5M to 60M within the last 10 Years through effective brand planning and marketing practices.  Led the ski development team as BU-Director, Brand Manager and Product Manager.  Created long-term orientated technical design trends for the whole ski Industry that resulted in achieving revenue in DYNAFIT`s ski category from 1M to over 15M.  Met and exceeded double digit margin contributes to the overall success of the brand strongly.
