My role involves the organisation of the temporary export of the customers vehicle chassis to Spain. Whilst the tanker is being built and mounted on to the chassis, I will update the customer on the progress. Once completed I will arrange for the now modified vehicle to be imported back into the country and once in the country I will arrange for the relevant test to make the vehicles road legal.I will also help source and send out parts for damaged tankers and on occasion go on site and repair the tanker if necessary

Dealing with customer inquiries, in relation to their mobile phone contracts, that ranges from billing, upgrades, complaints, etc.At times of short staffing, I would also 'floor walk' which involved assisting and advising employees on what the appropriate resolution or method when dealing with a customers query
