• In charge of external audit process with big 4 firm;
• Responsible for preparing the financial statements;
• Coordination and review of the main accounting routines and reconciliations (Payroll, Loans, Insurance, Inventory, Expenses, Fixed Assets, etc.), working together with account payables, receivables and tax departments;
• Responsible for issuing of management fee, agency fee and disbursements; and
• Report directly to accounting and tax manager and CFO.

• Audit of the main accounting routines, performing substantive procedures, with application of specific standards;
• Conducting audit procedures in GL & Reporting, Entity Level Controls, Human Resoures, Production, Revenue, Expenditure and Contingencies cycles, including internal controls and substantive procedures.
• In-charge for contacting with specialists (Tax, IT, EVS, etc.) in the planning and analysis of work risks, reporting directly to the project manager(s), director(s) and partner(s);
• Main Clients: TKCSA, BR Distribuidora, Weatherford, Halliburton, SAAMSMIT Rebras, Galáxia Marítima, SAS Offshore, Anadarko, IBV, Geokinetics, Usina Canabrava e De Millus;
• Monitoring of Physical Inventories, as well as their documentation and adjustments with the Administration: TKCSA, Fabrimar, Weatherford and Carrefour; and
• Use of sampling techniques using the IDEA Software.
