Jake immediately became a partner and was responsible for the complete supervision of employees, business generation through marketing and direct solicitation, and negotiation of transactions resulting in annual commissions in excess of $1,000,000 consistently.Eventually Jake became the sole owner of the Real Estate business and has been a top producing Agent every year since.
