Basically a material scientist, working on multifunctional electroceramic thin films, its material integration onto novel semiconductor devices and energy storage materials.Multifunctional electroceramic thin filmsOver 20 years of experience in Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD), RF-magnetron sputtering, Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). •Deposited (BaxSr1-x)TiO3, Pb (Zr,Ti)O3, SrTa2O6, Bi (Fe,Cr)O3 on various substrates •Studied correlation between thin film structure and properties.High-k dielectric material integrationOver 10 years of research experiencel.
