At Equidem he is responsible for managing and carrying out our investigations within India and in the India-Arab Gulf migration corridor. He has carried out investigations for a range of organisations, including Thomson Reuters Foundation, Migrants-Rights, Middle East Eye, The Caravan, Scroll.in and Times of Oman on migrant worker issues in the Arab Gulf and India. Rejimon has extensive experience interviewing migrant workers of all backgrounds across the Arab Gulf and in South Asia. Reji has delivered several workshops and seminars in Asia and the Middle East for civil society on identifying worker rights violations, and for journalists on the importance of adopting ethical standards while reporting migrant issues. Rejimon is also the co-founder of MigCall, a smart phone app launched to help Indian migrant workers in the Arab Gulf lodge complaints about their conditions.
