Looking for a challenging position to impart and establish strong Environment, Health and Safety culture in the plant by achieving 0% Loss time incident in the committed field and supporting the organization to achieve Quality, Productivity and Safety and helping the nation to grow steadily.• Identification of hazard and risk at site through daily inspection and implementing corrective action to mitigate on risks to an acceptable level.• Preparation of JSA for specified critical job based on the Method Statement.• Assisting plant manager for weekly plant inspection and ensuring non-compliance of safety issues. • Implementing monthly HSE plan in the site. • Explaining the JSA to the supervisor at the planning stage • Giving In-Housetraining to Supervisors, workers and drivers based on the site requirement.• Continuous monitoring of Critical Work at Site like work at hanging platform, confined space entry, critical lifting etc.• Conducting regular/periodic inspections like fire extinguisher, heavy equipment, full body harness, ladder, first aid box, power tools and hand tools etc.• Checklist availability and preventive maintenance records of the equipment’s.• Complying with Safe Operating Procedures & Meeting with client regulations, procedures and guidelines hereby ensuring legal requirements• Monitoring different types of PTW, ensuring the permit availability at site.• Conducting accident/ incident investigation, preparation of report & submission to Client.• Near miss/unsafe act/condition identification and initiating control measure to prevent the reoccurrence.• Organizing motivational activities such as awards and campaigns.• Ensuring all lifting gears, Fire extinguishers, Mobile plants and other vehicles possess valid legal documents and test certificates as per the requirement.• Maintaining all necessary documentations such as MSDS, Third party certificates etc.
