• I strategically networked and formed partnerships with private companies, financial institutions and local stakeholders to identify opportunities for youth-led businesses in agriculture, energy, and green sectors. This initiative created over 1000 jobs and implemented gender dialogue roundtables to foster inclusive discussions on critical gender issues affecting both genders.• I led the development of the OYE (Own Your Energy) curriculum, equipping youth with essential entrepreneurship skills to enhance their readiness for employment. I facilitated gender action research among targeted youth, identifying gender-inclusive opportunities for self-employment and resulting in 100 young women employed in energy and agriculture value chains.• I conducted business development prospect searches for SNV Zimbabwe's energy sector. This involved handling administrative responsibilities such as project budget development, rationalization, report writing, procurement, and representation at networking events. I also assisted in structuring agreements among different partners and developed and monitored budgets for allocated funds.• I conducted detailed viability analyses for setting up youth enterprises in the energy, agriculture, and green sectors. This included identifying community members and sector actors for enterprise involvement and providing technical assistance in energy business development, employment, and enterprise development. I facilitated business linkages, developed business and marketing plans, and attracted funding for youth projects.• I developed a comprehensive gender strategy to guide project activities, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of gender equality and social inclusion strategies.I oversaw and managed operations in 3 districts, working with a team of 20 consultants to monitor project implementation and performance, including conducting performance appraisals.

Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

• Sustainable Energy for Rural Communities Project funded by European Union (EU) and OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID); GiHub Project funded by United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).• I facilitated the registration of Mashaba solar mini grid private limited company, enabling community ownership of a 99Kw solar mini grid. I developed comprehensive business models for energy kiosks, energy centers, study centers and the solar mini grid; ensuring effective ownership, management and regulatory compliance; including the development of a tariff calculator. • I analysed agriculture projects, recommended the use of renewable energy to enhance yields, resulting in 3 irrigation schemes connected to the established mini grid. Established 13 energy kiosk businesses through rigorous selection processes, providing energy products and services to over 4000 people.• I selected and supported 16 youths with green innovations aimed at mitigating climate change effects. I provided capacity building, mentorship, facilitated market, input access for new energy businesses and agriculture production; enhancing financial management for crop production enterprises, benefiting at least 400 individuals.• I developed innovative business models addressing household energy needs, utilising the balancing benefits model through household dialogue. I established and maintained crucial relationships with project partners, stakeholders, investing companies in renewable energy, solar input suppliers, agricultural partners and potential markets for irrigation schemes.• I led the application, shortlisting, boot camp and awards process for SE4RC under the GiHub project, facilitated by an adju-dication committee of district stakeholders. Mentored youths in transitioning from innovators to entrepreneurs under the GiHub Phase II and III Projects, guiding SE4RC youths to establish and scale energy businesses.

Bulawayo Zimbabwe

• Zimbabwe Agriculture Income and Employment Development (ZIM-AIED) Project funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) • I identified potential clients along the agriculture value chain and recommended them for AgriTrade facilities offered by ZIM-AIED partner banks. I assisted rural agro-traders, agro-merchants, individual farmers and farmer groups in; developing business plans to meet credit policy and lending guidelines under AgriTrade.• I monitored and controlled the use of AgriTrade loans through regular visits to borrowers' business premises, ensuring adherence to loan terms. I supported ZIM-AIED partner banks in loan recovery efforts, achieving an 80% repayment rate under the program.• I facilitated training for AgriTrade loan beneficiaries in collaboration with Business Development Services (BDS) under ZIM-AIED, focusing on practical business management. I explored and identified suitable financing providers willing to fund opportunities for agro-based clients identified by the project, facilitating financial assistance.• I advocated for improved finance access for smallholder farmers, resulting in 5 financial institutions providing loans to farmers under 6 Irrigation Schemes. I documented best/successful cases, business models, and prepared comprehensive reports.

Avondale Branch

• I monitored branch cash levels by balancing the cash account each day, tracing any discrepancies to ensure that the system's records reconciled with the physical cash holdings of the tellers.• I compiled daily statistics on teller transactions to measure the number of customers served. This analysis helped identify ways to improve turnaround times and assess the branch's human resources requirements.• I was responsible for opening and closing the branch on the E.B.A system, ensuring that all branch balances were accurate and reconciled at the end of each day.• I ensured that tellers adhered to all security protocols, including the proper handling of stamps and locking of teller screens, to minimize risks and enhance branch security.

• I ensured seamless communication with various branches and other operational units, promptly addressing performance issues to achieve targets. This involved regular updates, quick resolution of any emerging problems and maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.• I was responsible for creating and executing effective retail support strategies.
