• Responsible for designing and structuring a health, safety, and environmental plans and programs and implementing the same.• Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments.• To liaise with site managers, In Charge and Supervisors to ensure that they are involved and informed of all site activities including work method statements and risk assessment.• To implement training programmes that addresses safety and includes areas specific to the requirement of the project. • Reporting EHS Performance to Top Management for review which serves as a basis for Improvement of the EHS management system• To carry out inspection of the site to ensure that the safety requirements are being complied with. • Provide Regular/Monthly written reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the Senior Management Team.

• Monitoring and reviewing safety performance of independent site area• Ensuring project HSE plans and programs meet company and statutory standards as well as customer’s requirements• Inspecting job sites to ensure specified procedures, standards, fire & safety regulations are followed• Responsible for hazard identification and risk assessment for each job in site area• Educating, training and informing the employees on health, environment and safety aspects• Facilitating timely reporting of incidents to top management and tracking them • Preparing CAPA and checking the compliance status
