My family moved in fall of 2018 and Vintage Church Pittsburgh officially launched in January 2020.Accomplishments:Transitioned Vintage Church New Orleans to new Lead Pastor (10 yr long Equipping Pastor) / completed 6 mon residency at Long Hollow Baptist Church (raised 350k for year one) / Moved family to PGH in Aug 2018 / Began core team meetings from Sep 2018 - Dec 2019 / Re-Launched Send Network in 2018 with 4 churches / Renovated two church properties in 2019 / Launched Send Relief Ministry Center at the Vintage city location in 2019 / Launched Vintage Church in January 2020 in two locations with 400 ppl / Adjusted for Covid to online church / sent out people to help plant 3 churches in 2020 / Re-launched Vintage on Easter 2021 with 50 ppl at one location / Sent out two more plants in 2021 / Celebrated the growth from 4 to 14 church plants in Pittsburgh in the fall of 2021 with NAMB trustees / Celebrated 250ppl on Easter 2022 and our 75th baptism / re-launching our city location and Send Relief Center in the summer of 2022

Significant AccomplishmentsRelaunched the vision of Send Pittsburgh / Renovated 2 church/ministry centers / launch Send Relief in Pittsburgh / acquired 7 properties with NAMB to mobilize church planting apprentices, interns, and mission teams across the 5 regions of Pittsburgh / hired new staff for the future / grew our network from 4 churches to 15 churchesAlongside planting a new church in Pittsburgh, I had the privilege of overseeing all church planting and relief ministry in Pittsburgh for the North American Mission Board - Send Network. We launched our efforts of relief ministry through Send Relief and we were able to relaunch the vision of Send Pittsburgh and grow our network of church plants from 4 to 15 churches.

Vintage Church is currently led by a team that was discipled and developed during this ministry and it is self sustained, averaging hundreds each weekend.Accomplishments:Planted Vintage Church in our home in 2007 after a few years of ministry in post-Katrina New Orleans / Launched Vintage Church with 7 groups and 150ppl in the fall of 2008 / Transitioned our church plant to 13 different locations in 8 years / Completed the Norman C Francis Leadership Institute at Xavier University in New Orleans (only pastor in the group) / Served on the GNO, Inc Next Gen Advisory Counsel / Served with the New Orleans Baptist Association / Successfully merged with an existing congregation who desired a new future / Completed a 1.3 million dollar renovation of that property / Served as the New Orleans Saints Chaplain for over a decade / Planted 5 churches in NYC, San Antonio, Denver, Des Moines, and New Orleans / Successfully transitioned the church toward their new Lead Pastor who served as my Equipping Pastor for over a decade / Sent me out to plant Vintage Church Pittsburgh and continue to collaborate and serve together to this day
