- Develop logistics system, ensure smooth supply between customers and suppliers- Building sales forecast with commercial and marketing team by each channel- Evaluate sales performance, support decision making process- Plan strategical and optimal stock levels, place and monitor purchase orders- Manage end to end customer care, including being first point contact, handling orders, complaints and schedule deliveries- Responsible for WH performance (daily operations, yearly stocktaking)- Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports, keep databases up to date

- Follow up and plan purchase forecast and purchase orders- Inventory evaluation: identifying potential risks, securing sufficientstock level based on classification- Regular reporting of HU market performance and supply KPIs- Coordination of transportation for inbound shipments and deliveryschedules for Hungarian distributors- Training and supervision of Logistics trainee- 3PL management, participation on inventory counting- Financial support in month closing reporting

- Coordination of regional distribution of 7 countries- Inventory monitoring- Sales deduction pre-calculation, simulation, supervision of customerclaims in system- Handling contracts, acknowledgement on fulfilments, price protectiondocuments- AR/CF calculation for main customers
