I am a provisional psychologist and a Master of Psychological Practice graduate. I have been deeply involved in the field of psychology for over five years, continually refining my ability to support individuals. I offer a warm, holistic support for injury recovery. I understand the anxiety, low mood, and trauma symptoms often accompanying the transition to post-accident life. In my current role I collaborate closely with exercise physiologists to ensure that my clients' recovery is holistic. By addressing psychological symptoms and empowering clients through this process, we work together to heal their mind, body, and spirit, promoting overall wellbeing.
