I have been project manager of http://cubo.ru/ until it's monthly EBIT became positive. After that project have been expanded to Iran's market https://cubocloud.ir/ and have integrated into Ingate's product line.

There was 5-6 high qualified employes in my department. Main target was "increase speed of software development with software architecture". Changes had positive influence for about 20 projects in our company in that time, and even more after that.

There was 15-20 developers in my department. Key functions and achievements:- stable work of production cluster- release train with CI- fast bug-fixes- have started work in Agile methodology
