Acts as on-going liaison with physician offices to maintain an efficient program. Maintains master schedule on a daily basis and distributes copies to appropriate department. Assists with pre-registration of scheduled outpatients including verification of financial arrangements. Responsible for reviewing all pre-admissions and admissions to ensure that complete and accurate financial information and documentation is available. Assists with other Patient Access functions as needed.
