I gained experience processing deliveries quickly and efficiently, serving customers on the tills, welcoming them into the shop and helping them with things such as finding stock for a specific occasion and just being on hand to look for stock in the stock room or order it in for them on the Ipad if it is out of stock in our shop. I also have experience of opening Mastercard’s for customers which consists of filling out a document with them to check their eligibility and then going onto gathering their details to open the card for them.
