Tenant Services Manager, Project Electrician 1988-2012Indianapolis Marion County Building Authority Indianapolis, INThe building authority is a quasi-governmental agency that provides property management for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County in a 28 story building with several off-site locations. • Process architect for PM process, developed process to initiate; document planning; tracking deliverables, issues and schedules; as well as direct/monitor team members and vendors.• Project Manager for network and data center infrastructure enhancement projects for both the city and county; projects included building remodels consisting of furniture, interior lighting, electrical, data etc. • Tasks consisted of project definitions, developing requirements, planning, budgeting, development of SOW’s, risk management & mitigation, work estimates, task assignments, scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management as well as the process to develop them.• Some Projects included:o Developed process with client to combine/co-locate 10 offices into 5. This required developing organizational charts into workflow so consolidation would be effective. o Converted a customer service center to be ADA compliant; developed solution requirements, created SOW’s for the design with four vendors, purchased and coordinated installation, maintaining operations during the transition.o Researched and developed technology and operational procedures to enable 2-way A/V broadcast of presentations to remote meeting sites; the ROI was accomplished in nine months and received both regional and national recognition. o Project Manager and solution designer for a major agency consolidation which automated and simplified processes; the Director reported an immediate reduction of 50% in operating costs. o Provided and installed a server based security video recording of cash transactions; researched technologies, executed contracts and validated the quality.
