Act as a general manager to manage day to day store operation activities to achieve sales targets and sales growth.Develop and monitor strategies to reach target and customer satisfaction.Manage the implementation of company’s strategies to be effective and efficient.Identify potential strategies to be elaborated with suppliers or other stakeholders incl. promotion, events, and corporate social responsibility approach.Responsible to manage all aspects to maintain store operations, incl. assets, human resources, suppliers, marketing, finance, shrinkage, margin, EBIT, etc.Responsible of 8 Managers, 10 Team Leader and more than 200 direct and indirect employees.

Responsible for sales achievements and growth, focused on textile products.Create a market trends in textile products and develop the sales by follow the customers needs.Incharge of 2 Sales Managers and 2 Team Leaders, plus more than 50. direct and indirect employees.Achievements :- Succeed to prepared and develop team to be great leaders and passionate managers and fulfill the company needs of stores expansion on east region.- Create a new concept and develop accessories dept. To have more values and sales growth from local suppliers to national suppliers within 1 years. Until now have more than 500 mio sales per month.

To back up the store operations while the company was having acquisiition by PT. Carrefour Indonesia.To lead the internal operation in term of security, merchandise shortages, and create condusif situation in the store, to make sure the store operation working normally.

Responsible of 2 dept ( Shoes and Seasonal ) to manage daily operation and reach the sales target.Opening team of the first Carrefour Store in Surabaya (Carrefour Golden City). To find and create a new team based on the local people with a new culture and methods for responsible dept.Opening team the second store of Carrefour in Surabaya ( Carrefour Bubutan Junction ).Focusing on those dept, create and develop the new markets that suitable for the customers need on the store.Achievements : - Succed to guide and develop local supplier UKM mojokerto to have an outstanding sales and altogather within 1 years this supplier become national supplier which is giving more than 30 % sales contribution in shoes dept. to national dept sales achievements.- Succeed to open and leading a new market trends and develop from local supplier to national supplier from a good opportunity that came from china's shoes importir. An outstanding positive Impact to national sales shoes dept. Incharge of 1 Team leaders, and more than 20 direct and indirect employees.

After fresh graduate, following Management Trainee program which held in class training for 3 months in Carrefour Lebak Bulus Jakarta, and after specialization, take Dry Grocery dept as the main project in Carrefour Cempaka Putih Jakarta. Continue to have specialization in Carrefour Mollis Bandung.
