By collecting and using weekly attendance information cards, I compared data on the card with information in our database while verifying and updating that information. I produced reports for church leadership, managed mailings and collaborated with church staff from all departments.

During weekend services I supervised and coordinated a volunteer staff in 3 locations to ensure a safe environment for the children’s programs. During the week, I assisted in the scheduling of the weekend staff and communicated with and supported the volunteer staff.

I served as a nanny for the Allen family’s 4 and 7 year old daughters. My role included preparing the girls for school and assisting them with homework after school, transporting them to extracurricular activities and coaching them in their responsibilities in their home, school and community. I worked with their parents to coordinate the household schedule and to maintain the clean, safe and comfortable conditions of the home.

Athens, Oh

With Kids On Campus, I supervised a staff of 15 and a program of 50 students. I managed the scheduling of my staff, completed and organized the daily records and administrative paperwork required of a grant-funded program and worked with my program staff to provide consistent and enforced expectations of performance and behavior of students established by the school staff and principal.

Columbus, Ohio Area

Along with two co-teachers, I supervised twelve 2 year-olds in daily recreation and educational programming. We tracked the educational and developmental milestones of the students and communicated their achievements, goals and expectations with their parents.

Camp Willson - Bellefontaine Oh

As Trailblazer Coordinator, I created a new program for 12-14 year olds at YMCA Camp Willson. While overseeing two staff members, I set parameters for a program that allowed the campers to have the freedom to set their own schedule while demonstrating the core values of the Y (respect, responsibility, caring and honesty).
