That is why, recently, when the non-profit for which I am a board member, was in transition I asked Rick if he would be willing to facilitate a strategy roadmap and team building weekend for us. This was all I had hoped for an more. Rick expertly lead us through creative exercises and guided discussion to identify not what we thought we wanted to discover, but what we needed to discover. Rick is lovely, warm, insightful, creative, focused, and very experienced and talented at what he does. He is the ultimate expert at 'reading the room', recognizing when a conversation needs to be directed or allowed to evolve and arrives with a whole bag of possible creative exercises to help a group come to the clarity they need. Our organization, after Covid and some resulting seismic changes, was fragile and at risk of falling apart. It is no exaggeration to say that Rick's experienced facilitation can be credited for keeping us from going over the brink. So grateful. We want to book again for next year!
