Thank you for coming to view my profile. I deliver Relax Kids with Gen sessions with the aim to enable adults and children alike to learn how to manage their emotions and to develop their ability to self-regulate. Mental wellbeing is at the top of many agendas and it is my strong belief that being proactive in providing individuals with a toolkit of skills they can use throughout life is so much more beneficial than being reactive to situations where people are already feeling overwhelmed. With a background in Special Needs - a First Class Honours degree in Deaf Studies & Special Needs & Inclusion Studies, as well as working within a mainstream primary school for the last 6 years - I've seen the increasing need for tools and techniques to be taught from a young age.My sessions can all be tailor-made to suit the audience - be they pre-schoolers or primary school children accessing Relax Kids, or secondary school children and young adults receiving Chill Skills, or adults attending Just Relax sessions - each session is individually planned to maximise delivery and to ensure a range of skills are taught and explained.
