During our migration of our SAP BW instance my roles included Architect, Developer, Analyst, while directing our operations team and a handful of developers. Business Intelligence Engineer in the Reporting Analytics & Data Warehouse/BI environment. Specializing in PLSQL, TSQL, SSIS, SSRS, SAP BW (Lead BW Developer) and ABAP. Design and ETL of data from our R3/ECC system to staging layers and on to CDW environment. During the acquisition of Elpida and Rexchip I served as the Core Business Intelligence Engineer on developing a Fabcost solution for the new locations. This included working with other MFG Engineers to integrate two different MES systems into a Micron solution. Additional languages: VB6, Classic ASP, C#, VBscript.

Responsible for over 4600 remote servers and thin client machines. Direct management and oversight of a 17 member NOC team that had grown from a 5 member team. 24/7/365 operations schedule with over 99.9% up time. I worked closely with our Field Services Manager to align deployments and large installations with in field technicians. Made new installations a formal process by which install time in the NOC went from 3-4hrs to under 1hr. Experience with Cisco and Checkpoint VPN routers. Built a private cloud using VmWare for YESCO customers. Successfully migrated 7 VPN's from existing ISP to new fiber connection backbone. VPN customers included fortune 100 and 500 companies.

Communications Manager, responsible for company T1's and PBX. As well as all in and outbound mail and print services. I converted the company PBX from a Mitel 2000 digital system to a VOIP Mitel 3330 with 11 remote offices. Additionally I designed and implemented a 22 person call center with agent support and tracking through prairieFyre software.

Responsible for training new franchisees in all aspects of refinishing hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. Included class room presentations as well as onsite refinishing with live application of water based wood refinishing products.
