Set up in 2013, ZM TECHNOLOGY  Limited is sprawled across 2,000 ㎡ and have 4 professional production lines, a deft production team of 50 teams with a monthly capacity of 180,000 pcs. We have always advocated green techniques and maintained quality standard, as certified by ISO9001：2008, ISO14001:2004 in 2014. Our group team enjoys a sound experience of 10 years for remanufactured inkjet and our veteran factory’s single production line enables us to thoroughly research and maintain quality control. We believe that Products and Services are our factory’s kernel and we stand committed towards growth, expansion and customer satisfaction. Manufacturing process:Material (Empties) test----- 100% machine and printer test, followed by verification of print head situation.Pure water equipment- Use of deionized water is done to clean the insides of the equipment. Deionized water leaves no trace of residual impurity and ensures congruity of the ingredient with ink to prevent print head congestion.Materials (Ink)----- As per the customers’ request and need, high-quality premium and apt ink is used. South Korean ink is used in general to ensure top quality.Ink injection machine- In accordance with specific inkjet, positive and negative pressure is adjusted.Minus air pressure testing method----- Use of Vacuum pot with 500mmHg strength!Quality test----- Inkjet cartridge with print head are tested meticulously in machines while non-print head cartridges are randomly tested on a triple check basis prior to, during and after the manufacturing process.
