Sourcing Specialist
Current-Source candidates from external job boards, job fairs, internal database and referrals.-Developing new sourcing channels to ensure adequate manpower availability.-Maintain professional relationship with the business.-Create qualified candidates’ pool in pipeline for potential future positions.-Update and maintain regular reports to the Senior Recruitment Manager and other internalstakeholders.-Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screeningresumes and scheduling business interviews.
