CurrentIndependent Change Management and Implementation ConsultantProvide full lifecycle change management and implementation services for transformational technology projects, system upgrades, and process changes for client business groups. Develop strategies to drive awareness and adoption via communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and training.• Lead assessments of impacted stakeholders and their resistance and influence levels within the organization• Develop strong working relationships with business area leaders and representatives to effectively engage impacted business groups and prepare them for changes• Create networks of change agents to extend project team reach into impacted organizations, cascade communications, and lead training for their peers• Develop strong communications in multiple formats (emails, presentations, newsletters. SharePoint sites) to increase stakeholder awareness of impending changes, highlight key benefits of changes, and articulate future state delivery roadmaps, adoption plans, project timelines, and post-change processes• Assess learning needs and designed / facilitated workshops and product demo sessions to build comfort with, and ease resistance to, process changes and new technology • If needed, coordinate additional deployment activities such as deploying new laptop computers, managing procurement and distribution of USB license keys, finalizing user lists, et al.
