RE/MAX First was opened in 1998. Our Broker/Owner, Wynona Squires, has a long list of credentials, but best of all...experience. She became a RE/MAX Relator in 1992, later becoming an Associate Broker of RE/MAX First in 1998, and finally earning the title of full Broker/Owner in 2000. She strongly believes in the RE/MAX system and how it works for agents. She now is the Broker/Owner for FOUR locations: Baton Rouge, Ascension, Denham Springs, and Zachary. RE/MAX First has been the #1 RE/MAX Dixie Regions Office by Volume in 2004, 2005, 2006, & 2007, and by Transactions in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, & 2007. RE/MAX First is a strong participant in the Children's Miracle network, and has been recognized for its support numerous years.
