Developed Python utilities for various purposes and stages within the ViEWS pipeline, including data collection via webscraping and automated online surveys, data cleaning and pre-processing, and output presentation.

Provided data, figures, and maps for ISS’s contribution to the DFID-funded Political Settlements Research Programme (PSRP).

Developed scripts and functions in R and Python for error-checking procedures and the graphic presentation of simulation input and output. Implemented various unsupervised learning algorithms to produce country clusters as an intermediate processing step for use in statistical modelling. Coded events for Iraq (January-July), Israel/Palestine (January-June), Bangladesh (January-June), Russia/Ukraine (January-June), Myanmar (January-May). Also coded June and/or July for Libya, Somalia, Kenya, Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, Niger, Sudan, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic.

Contributed to AKE's Global Intake platform by writing daily risk updates, writing country profiles (Sierra Leone, Liberia, Zimbabwe, and Zambia), and coding kidnap/piracy events in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea. Also contributed to periodic kidnap and political violence and terrorism reports.

Monitored and ensured the timely logistics of collection and delivery in central, eastern, and northeastern Dutch provinces. Also acted on customer complaints through SAP CRM and contact with drivers and managers.
