Apple is an important partner in this and many of the products are tailor to meet their requirements.Tasks:• Work close with several OEM manufacturer to ensure they meet our standards for manufacturing• Work close with Apple to ensure our products meet their standards and to ensure our products are compatible with their products• Responsible for introducing products in the New Media category • Being the first line of contact in all New Media related questions• Working closely with the business manager in analysing the market place and recognizing opportunities for new products• Working closely with marketing department ensuring products get the right attention• Supporting international events and providing sales people with more in-depth details of the products• Providing training to dealers/installers on their visit to the factory in EnglandAchievements:Successfully introduced a new Ipod dock (zeppelin) with the latest Apple technology incorporated

• Responsible for introducing new series in the dated custom installation range • Being the first line of contact in all Custom Installation related questions• Working closely with the business manager in analysing the market place and recognizing opportunities for new products• Working closely with marketing department ensuring products get the right attention• Supporting international events and providing sales people with more in-depth details of the products• Providing training to dealers/installers on their visit to the factory in England• Supporting dealers/installers in designing high-end home theatres (CT800) and ultimately calibrating these to get the best resultAchievements:• Successfully introduced two new series with many innovation new technologies, enabling to get Bowers and Wilkins back to the top in the Custom Installation market• Tuned/calibrated many cinema’s with high customer satisfaction

• Providing sales support for Bowers and Wilkins product portfolio including the two electronic brands they support (Rotel and Classé).• First line of contact in all RS232 and multi-room related questions• Providing training sessions including hands-on training for all visiting national and international dealers• Supporting the training team in organising events • Supporting dealers/installers in designing high-end home theatres (CT800) and ultimately calibrating these to get the best result
