Assistent Controller Oct 2010 - Sep 2015Financial Controller Oct 2015 - current.Reporting directly to the CFO I am responsible for the financial performance of all operational sublevels of the financial administration (AP/AR/Salary) within Axon DD BV & Axon DD LTD. Towards financial reporting relating MEC/YEC I make sure all necessary information is up-to-date and correct. Responsible for completing Sales /Intake/Cost reporting as well as Gross Margin reports for different entities. Furthermore VAT declaration, Fixed Assets/CAPEX, Payroll, Pensions and Insurance, Forecasting and stock reporting are part of my activities.I manage the financial side of the R&D government subsidies.

As Finance Accountant I am partly responsible for having our financial administration meet the SOX (Sarbanes - Oxley) principles. In addition, developing operational and financial reports in order to sustain this objective is day to day work.Furthermore I am contactperson for global IC issues, assist with MEC activities and fullfill the role as contactperson for the AP Team and Vendor Data Maintenance (VDM) in Poland in order to solve AP & VDM issues.After the financial MEC I perform the technical MEC, which contains closing production orders and analyzing efficiency differences and volumes.Other activities are:VAT declaration, tax payments, coordinating inventory counts, Fixed Assets roll forward, CEB (Capital Expense Budget) monitoring etc.

As Credit Manager at HVL I was responsible for the performance of the Business Unit Credit Management which contained three Credit Controllers related to two legal entities, HVL BV and HVL Armada Outdoor BV.Our department goal focused above all on optimizing the cash flows of both entities. Liquidity, financial direct cashflow reports, Accounts Receivable balance were key-words to meet this objective.In addition, I assisted in MEC & JEC activities, other financial requests/analysis and acted as contactperson to our collection agency, banking contacts and other external contacts.
