About Remco Hogenbirk

From hospitality to ING Insurance to entrepeneur in 2007. Since then I have been assigned to several projects and programs, such as re-launching hospitality at a sports centre, business manager for the head of Process and Resource Services at ING and developing and running an empowerment program for all ING IT employees in the Netherlands.Eager to be able to contribute to the creative concepts more, I was trained for Creative Desk Top Publisher. As a result (media) productions are now combined with project management assignments, creating added value in both professional areas.I have a strong preference for assignments in the Human Resource work field. I always strive for the best possible connection between top management and top employees. This most of the time starts with convincing management to trust their employees and vice versa. Once this is established, magic happens. That is where shared direction and unambiguous strategy are born.
