As coordinator of the bachelor thesis of Medicine I am responsible for ensuring the 350 students per year successfully complete their thesis and improve their scientific skills.

Among others with a series of 24 video clips on pharmacology. • Involved in setting up the Teaching and Learning Centre of the faculty of Medicine. Amongst others by organizing new faculty development sessions and the Comenius grant writing club. • Teaching and developing educational materials in a variety of courses in the bachelor of medicine.• Setting up and coordinating the new elective Research track in which students can do a prolonged bachelor thesis of 5-7 months abroad or in the Netherlands, either in academia or industry. During this internship I developed a comprehensive map of metabolism, on which all kinds of simulations can be done such as Flux Balance Analysis. With these simulations you can see which detours the metabolic flux will take if you knock out a certain enzyme.
