I'm working at Ortec Finance, a company experienced in the financial industry advising financial markets using a combination of market knowledge, mathematical models and IT.One of my main responsibilities is Technical application management of TOPdesk and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365)Next to that I'system administrator and responsible of implementing RBAC in the organization.I also take part in the certification of Ortec Finance ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001I'm as well responsible for the IT part. Also I provide internal IT support like workstation support (most of all laptops, Windows 7/8.1/10) and management of Application servers (MS Dynamics / Weblogic (9/10/11)) / VMWare (ESX 4.0 / Topdesk) and advising IT solutions for improving and profesionalizing internal IT. Also responsable for mobile telephony (mobile phones and SIM) and IP telephony (desktop)One of my other tasks is ordering hardware and software for the company.Before the IT specialist job at Ortec Finance I've worked for 6 years at the Amphia Hospital and done there lots of different IT.
