When their internship starts they work on a self-introduction assignment on which their are completely free to express themselves in a way they see fit. The goal of this assignment is for others to see someones life story along with strengths and improvements so they will better know who to ask for help for or pro-actively engage others. Another goal is for them to work on their presentation skills which they get training in from me as they are working on their assignment.All working procedures are periodically analysed and presented to directors where better fitting adjustments are made.
