I'm the primary point of contact between the business community and IT for the so called Digital Strategy, Architecture and Information Management applications and processes. I own, develop and drive the Capability i.e. all components, such as applications and toolsets related to: Digital Strategy: i.e. EDI, external and internal Integration Information Management: i.e. DataWarehousing, reporting, data, Sharepoint Architecture: Digital information architecture and security I apply relevant knowledge to support the business by understanding the business needs and analysing, validating, implementing and documenting the process-, business- and system requirements. I also lead small and medium sized projects and or actively participate in larger projects.

- Maintaining relations with business units (marketing, communication, e-commerce, sales, finance) and the IT department.- Implementing changes in the working processes of the department to a more business process oriented approach.- Day-to-day managing and coaching of 9 functional managers, who manage all processes and IT-systems (reservations, website, administration, phone, etc.) of the company.

The project was part of a large program. My responsibilities were:- Managing a team of 4 business analysts, that specified the requirements of the interfaces with other systems. Besides that it had to perform acceptance testing of the developed software.- Managing and communicating with international third parties (suppliers)- Controling budget and planning

Information Management:- first contact for IT related issues- creation of business cases- budget year planning for innovation and maintenance of IT systems- contribution to information planning of the commercial division

Within a large program I was responsible of:- control of planning and budget (>70 million euros)- project reporting- progress tracking on planning and budget- coordination of the program with contained 11 subprojects and was located in 5 different locations (1 in The Netherlands and 4 spread over France)- implementing and control of specific project processes

I worked in multiple big and innovative projects mainly in the area of the ground handling of KLM at Schiphol Airport. I also worked on projects that were initiated by the commercial division of KLM. I worked mainly on:- feasibility studies- requirement studies- implementation plans- impact analyses (both on costs and benefits and on organisation)- project management- modelling by setting business rules- business process modelling- standardization of the information management process from (business) idea to realization
