Content:
• Continuous improvement of the design of the course: evaluate (measure quality amongst
facilitators and students), improve (course design/ constructive alignment), monitor during the
course.
• Create all required documentation (syllabus, preparations assignment, community sessions,
facilitators instructions, step stone assignments, assessment forms, Mc Exam, rubric, design and
record knowledge clips, supporting course material etc.)
• Involvement of external experts (guest lectures)

Process:
• Administration; Osiris, Cum laude, Teams
• Technology; create all Teams environments for all 6 communities and keep them up to date
throughout the course
• Communication: Students, Facilitators, MT, external parties
• Planning; design inventory and monitor
• Assess all step stone assignments

Coaching:
• Coaching facilitators, especially the new facilitators
• Monitor consistency amongst communities
• Chair bi- weekly facilitators meeting

- Geven van instructies voor alle vaardigheden en kennis die nodig is voor een restaurant, keuken, receptie & huishouding
operatie, zowel op management als operationeel niveau.
- Instrueren van studenten over de werking van apparatuur en kasregisters, evenals het begeleiden van financiële
(inkoop) processen.
- Stimuleren & coachen van studenten in constant gastvrij gedrag en Engelse communicatie.
- Geven van gestructureerde feedback aan studenten en het trainen van studenten in het geven van correcte feedback.
- Uitdagen van leerlingen om gasten aantallen en inkomsten te verhogen.
- Analyseren van alle inkoop- en verkoop cijfers en verdere financiële gegevens van het leerbedrijf.
- Verantwoordelijk voor roosters voor het thema “Operations”.
- Geven van (klassikale) lessen in Hospitality, Facility en Banqueting & Events Management.
- Begeleiden, sturen & coachen van groepjes studenten in het organiseren van evenementen (Gastronomic Events /
Facility Events).
- Stagebegeleider Nederlandse Antillen; sturen & coachen van studenten op 2ejaars stage, alsmede contacten
onderhouden van alle (optionele) stagebedrijven op de eilanden, oa. bij het Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospitaal, Aruba.

Responsibilities:
-To assist with the smooth running of the F&B departments, to ensure that attention to detail is apparent and that guests receive service in line with the Hilton Brand Standards.
-To deputize the department and attend Department Head meetings in absence of the Operations Manager.
-To create a workplace that achieves quality service satisfaction and revenues through training, coaching and mentoring of a team of 70.
-To carry out on-the-job training as giving classroom training to meet targets of People, Profit, Customer & Quality
-To monitor and control all department related costs and advise Operations Manager of findings & recommendations.
-Daily on and off the job training of team members as well as having the overview on the operation.
-To assist in interviewing and recruiting for all positions within the Food & Beverage department.
-To assist in creating promotional activities in the department.
-Duty Manager shifts, dealing with guest complaints and emergency situations, reporting to the General Manager.

Full Time (Three (catering) companies within Holding)

Responsibilities:
-In charge of organizing and controlling accounts within the company, deputizing the CEO in his absence.
-To perform (International) sales conversations and building & maintaining a strong network within the catering branch all over The Netherlands.
-To supervise organizational preparation.
-To perform (on the job) training and coaching of 10-50 staff on (International) trade fairs which required individual and specialized training per stand, per company.
-To write training manuals.
-To closely watch trends in the catering branch and acting on these.
-Controlling all costs and expenses.
-To handle location management (e.g. Logistics & operation management) for large events (up to 2500 guests).
-After-sales conversations, financial controls and billing.
