I have over 15 years of experience in IT and Software development projects across multiple sectors such as aerospace, defence, and energy. I graduated as a software engineer and started my career in the space sector. Since then, I continued to work in software development and V&V projects.In the last few years, in my role as Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Critical Software, I managed directly over 20 people and multiple projects for the Smart DCC’s SMETS1 Smart Meters Programme in the UK. My software development and software assurance background has given me the ability to understand needs across multiple teams and projects, deliver on time and on quality, and communicate effectively between senior managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
