September 16, 2010 – Present: Payroll Manager within the organizations of 60,000+ employees of Convergys Philippines Inc. with the following responsibilities:➢ Handle end-to-end payroll processing for Convergys Managers and Executives➢ Act as Officer-in-Charge to the Senior Payroll Manager➢ Handle projects related to process and system improvement➢ Coordinate with payroll vendor to ensure that timelines are met accordingly based on schedule➢ Prepare and submit payroll forecast. This requires constant coordination with Treasury to ensure availability of funds during on and off cycle payout➢ Validate and reconcile bank report against the final payroll register➢ Upload bank file and ensure that funds are available➢ Prepare the Year-to-Date summary for tax reference of active, rehire and resigned employees. This includes reporting of income and tax of employees with previous employer.➢ Prepare the monthly Alphalist report for ROHQ employees➢ Lead the year-end tax reportorial activity such as preparation and validation of Alphalist report, and BIR 2316 & 2306 forms distribution➢ Conduct Payroll Onboarding for new hire managers and executives➢ Prepare and release the final pay of resigned managers and executives➢ Assist team members in payroll related inquiries and problem solving. Responsible in making sure that conflicts are resolved.➢ Ensure that each team members understand and complete the assignment endorsed to them on a timely manner.
