At the head of the digital design team, I led a number of projects for the education sector, ranging from the definition of complete visual identities, with the production of videos and motion graphics, to the creation and development of a virtual learning environment - AVA (Learning Management System - LMS), and interactive and gamified digital games.It was my responsibility:- Ensuring the uniformity of the brands and visual identities at all points of contact with the user;- Ensuring that the designers applied the best UX/UI practices to the digital products;- Ensuring the accessibility of applications from layout to delivery of the final product;- Spreading design knowledge at scale to create solid projects at a lower cost;- Monitoring the front and back-end development of digital platforms, ensuring the quality of delivery;- Managing the remote team, designers and developers, ensuring integration and alignment, applying dynamics to exchange knowledge, group and individual feedback (1:1).“Quati Curioso Expedition” (https://www.quaticurioso.com.br/) was the biggest project under my responsibility. In this project we had challenges and results:- Understanding the main users involved and their needs. Who would be the detractors, neutrals and promoters in the use of the platform;- Creating personas to investigate the hypotheses;- Defining 4 different virtual learning environments for the users (student, educator, maintainer, and parents/guardians). With the student's VLE being all gamified and interactive, and the others focusing more on reports and activity management. At the end of the first year, we had the front-end finished and ready to start high-fidelity testing.

Working on the “Curious Quati Expedition” project (https://www.quaticurioso.com.br/).UX/UI Design:- Benchmark - market research, understanding competitors, risks and opportunities.- Discovery e define - responsible for all the initial UX/UI definitions together with the teaching team (defining personas, creating wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, sitemap, navigation flow, user testing).Visual/graphic design and motion:- Brand refinement and color palette definition- Creation of a basic visual identity manual - Creation and animation of the presentation video in motion graphics

I have been working with a focus on interaction and motion design, always thinking about bringing the best experience to the user. As part of UX Visual and Interaction core, besides doing videos in motion graphic, I act in the production and evolution of the Design System to all channels (mobile, web, ATM), always working in the best solution of motion and interaction for the components. In additio I follow up day-by-day the development and deployment of the motion and interaction for the users journeys giving support and making the handoff to the developers.
