As Test Manager - Responsible of the testing team- Responsible of the test strategy- Responsible of the execution of testing session.

Along with my technical and business responsibilities, I have been confronted with additional facets of a large project: functional and technical writing, quality management, formal testing organization and project management. I am a dynamic team-player with excellent communication skills and am used to working in an international/multicultural work environment. I have a good technical background and I am able to cope with the fast changing technologies used in application developments.

I was involved in a very large project the European Commission, mainly charged with the development of the Java Swing e-Forms using a custom framework. In the e-Forms project, I managed the development and the evolution of the Java custom framework based on Java Swing, JAXB, OSGi and dynamic object binding into a XML message. I acquired a deep knowledge of XML and associated specifications (XSD, XSL-T, SAX,DOM). I was responsible of the elaboration of software prototype to get valuable feedback from the business users. I was the main contact person dedicated for the independent testing team during the different factory acceptance tests.In the continuation of the follow-up, I was in charge of the analysis of issues reported by the customer, including both bugs as well as change requests.
