Medicinal Cannabis Consultant

I have started my next step in the growing Cannabis Industry of Australia, I will be working full-time at Releaf Bentleigh as a dispensary technician. Grateful to be apart of an amazing team.

My daily duties are as followed:Lead a team of 15 staff over 4 sections in the department.Follow high level of compliance in a new and changing industry.High attention to detail both in my work and my paperwork.Supervise a daily harvest of large amounts of medicinal material.Supervise daily bucking of dried product.Supervise Quality assurance and trimming if product.Supervise Packing and dispatch of material to customers.Operation of daily Gemmacert (Cannabinoid testing equivalent) testing of pre-harvested product.Supervise the rotation of daily drying process of large quantities of drying product in dry rooms.Supervise daily moisture checks of curing and drying product.Operation of Ozone machines to clean enzymes from dried products.Fill in for Management on a weekly basis, attending Corporate and investor meetings.Training of 10+ staff in all of the above mentioned areas and compliance.Management of stocktake of curing product.Management of curing process of dried productHigh quality daily cleaning of departments following clean room standards set for GMP facilities.Experience in Glass House work as a defil technician.Worked as production crew in glass house flipping beds.Worked with cultivation cutting and sticking clones, moving plants from veg to flower.Daily manual labor requirements.Working under pressure and high stress.Mediating staff issues and concerns.
