As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, my goals are:1. to develop the HVAC division in the company2. to design electrical and HVAC installations3. to ensure HVAC design consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility which implies leadership towards other packages4. draw plans of installations and provide these to companies involved in building of such installations5. to write building construction specifications which includes all technical specifications and conditions of contract on the HVAC and electrical installations. In addition this includes writing the DPGD (decomposition of overall price) which the company uses to indicate the price to complete the project.6. Estimation of project cost in the HVAC and electrical packages before receiving prices from companies.7. Calculating heat loss in a building.Type of buildings: small shops, houses, multi-unit buildings and offices.Mes missions :- Développer le pôle fluide au sein de l'entreprise- Faire des études thermiques (RT2012, existante) - Faire des études de déperditions et/ou apports- Gérer un projet fluide de la phase permis de construire à la phase consultation des entreprises/VISA: - Dimensionner les installations du lot CVCP et Electricité - Dessiner les plans pour le lot CVCP et Electricité - Rédaction des pièces écrites pour ces lots (CCTP et DPGF) - Réalisation d'estimatifs des montants des travaux - Gérer la relation client, entreprises... - Viser les plans et dossiers d'exécution en phase chantierType de projet : Petits tertiaires, bureaux, maisons individuelles et logements collectifs en neuf ou rénovation.
