¥ Manages over 300 students in the Paper Airplanes English program, directing recruitment, conducting interviews and managing student satisfaction. ¥ Serves as main interlocutor between staff and Syrian beneficiaries, conveying feedback trends, recommending strategic directives, translating organization documents, and conducting surveys. ¥ Oversees data gathering and compilation of student satisfaction in the English program. ¥ Assists in developing organizational strategic directives for Paper Airplanes to ensure programs best support Syrian students.
