Responsable d'un des sites de production des navires Garcia Yachts et Allures Yachting appartenant au Groupe GRAND LARGE YACHTING, mon poste se divise en plusieurs catégories, allant de la production de la chaudronnerie des navires en assurant la qualité, les coûts et les délais, aux missions de développement, de pérennisation des savoir-faire. Une autre branche consiste à l'accueil des clients sur le site, fournisseurs,...GESTION ET PILOTAGE :- Elaborer les objectifs de performance industrielle du site en lien avec le business plan groupe- Préparer le budget de l'établissement et veiller à sa maitrise- Elaborer le plan de production du site- Assurer le fonctionnement de la supply chain- Entretenir des objectifs de performance industrielle du sitePRODUCTION :- Planifier les activités du site de production- Piloter les équipes de production- Garantir la production des coques- Assurer l'application des bonnes pratiques de production- Gérer les relations sociales sur le site- Maintenir et développer les infrastructures- Anticiper les besoins et le développement du personnel et de la progression du savoir faire- Développer le système de management RELATIONS INSTITUTIONNELLES ET CLIENTS :- Contribuer à l'action commercial, accueil des clients et prospects- Assurer les relations avec les institutions locales et veiller au rayonnement du site

Responsable d'une petite structure grandissante (12 salariés à mon arrivée et plus de 23 salariés à mon départ) de fabrication de voiliers en aluminium mes missions se sous-divisent en trois catégories, Bureau d’Études, Production et Suivi de Projet. BUREAU D’ÉTUDE :- Établir les plans nécessaires à l'atelier de production, intervenir dans les relations techniques Architectes/Clients/NormandyYachtService et répondre aux demandes spécifiques. - Accompagner l'atelier dans la production au fur et à mesure des projets.- Réaliser les dossiers de certifications (exemple ICNN,...).COMMERCIAL :- Accompagner la direction et accompagner les clients sur le suivi de leurs projets.- Consulter les fournisseurs de matériels spécifiques ( gréement, voiles,...)- Participer aux salons et améliorer la visibilité du chantier.- Établir des devis, suivies de commandes, et négociations auprès des fournisseurs.ORGANISATION DE L'ENTREPRISE :- Aider dans l'organisation technique générale de la Société- Établir des plannings de fabrication en collaboration avec l'atelier et la direction- Établir des procédures de production, réflexions techniques et participer à la mise en place et au suivi de la Sécurité au sein de l'entreprise.Le chantier naval NORMANDY YACHT SERVICE créer par Patrick LENORMAND est spécialisé dans la construction, la rénovation , la transformation, l'entretien, le service après-vente, le conseil et l'assistance technique de tous types de bateaux à voiles et à moteur, de plaisance et /ou de service.

At the end of my fixed-term contract like an naval architect I'd bring up certain questions on me and my life : No real attachment, aside funds and a growing curiosity, it's decided I’m leaving.After 5 months, time to prepare, say goodbye to me family and I am riding a 1990 Suzuki DR800 motorcycle leaving the Normandy region of my childhood. Three years later, 4 continents, 30 countries and a lot of stories it's time for me to settle down and start a “classic” life in a company in France or abroad.

Fisherman/deckhand on the Territory Pearl, my mission was very large :- Setting new gears and nets ; repairing old ones before the season starts.- Fishing activities involve pulling and emptying the nets, baiting, resetting the nets.- Sorting and conditionning prawns on the deck.- Cleaning the boat : the bridge, the decks and the fishing gears and repairing them every day.- Working very hard between 16 and 20 hours by day in a team of 8 peoples on board.

Training course of end of study of specialization in a company of naval architecture/engineering, skills are multidisciplinary:- Calculation of stability- Optimization of shape of the hull- Modeling to the end of 3D imaging- Integration / development (machinery, gear, ergonomics, etc...)- Execution plan The main missions of the company “naval architecture HT” are creating and thinking of ship design. From the choice of large dimensions to the drawing of the construction plans, work includes all levels of design, including the calculation of structure, propulsion, stability,… In addition, HT realizes missions of development and modification of fishing vessels. In other words the amendment of existing ships in General, is part of the design of vessel at HT. The company is also asked to expertise: regulatory, structural outfit, or stability. Finally, HT also takes action regularly as an assistant to project management through studies of feasibility, the drafting of functional program, book loads and construction monitoring.

My job was to teach and to learn the importance of architecture in the context and his environment. - Teaching architecture- Visits of building sites and public places- Advices on housing expansion, housing renovations "to promote the quality of architecture,Urbanism and the environment... and ensure «missions of public services in a setting and a community spirit...» such are the activities of the CAUE 76.The CAUE76 informs the public and organizes conferences, guided visits. This approach to education to architecture allowed me to explain how to transmit architecture and it was and very interesting investment.

Missions of achievements and renovations on wood housing:- Relationships with the client- Technical studies on site- Design- Tunings provider / workshop- Follow-up of the building sites"Ossature bois atlantic" is an SME specialized in the design and manufacture of wooden frame building, whose part is pre-manufactured workshop. It is crucial to anticipate and to validate a mount healthy to ensure a quality site. This experience has enabled me to be actor of dynamics on the scale of a small company in carrying out various roles on different projects from APS to Execution level.

Missions as a real estate ; this "student" job has allowed me to learn several tricks from sales:- Rental of property- Prospecting- Regulatory standards updates- Control and portfolio managementMy main goals were to discover through a “student job” the facets of the commercial trade, I have developed my human and relational qualities improving my spirit of persuasion.The stress resistance and responsiveness is high especially in Paris and its surroudings.“French business Foncia” is a company recognized in terms of administration of property and real estate transaction. In fact it was a real opportunity for me to understand how does this domain works in the financial and the commercial aspect of the job.

Missions, supervising and managing the construction sites with the group housing:- Direction of work- Construction and schedule supervision - Control of documents of construction- “OPE” (Opération préalable à la remise en main propre), which means last check and control before the delivery. "Alain Elie, Albane workshops" is an agency of architecture with about twenty employees specialized in the design and construction of collective housing or offices. Working for developers such as Nexity, Bouygues Immobilier and Kaufman clients, it’s the priority to combine know-how to do and respect for deadlines of the yards. This experience has improved my skills in terms of site management. Constantly moving on different projects, my days combined management, relationship, visits and controls.Requiring rigor, taste of contacts and analytical mind, I had to practice my knowledge in order to ensure a smooth as well on the execution phases of acceptance of works with the lifted stocks.
