I’ve served brands, marketers, business owners, and agencies, across industries like Technology, Retail, Media, Advertising, Travel to achieve their goals online. I’m always excited to figure out my customers' larger goals and challenges and collaborate with my teams internally to tailor solutions for each one of them. I believe when the customer succeeds, everyone wins. In my journey as a Customer Success Manager, I’ve gained expertise in:- Managing the full after-sales cycle - from onboarding, retention, and upselling to finding new revenue opportunities while staying focused on customer success - Collaborating with tech, sales and support teams to make sure the client is achieving optimal results and ROI - Building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers by going beyond just recommending solutions to partnering with them to drive growth- Being a customer advocate by making sure their voices are heard internally to enhance the product and processes - Sales enablement by conducting regular training programs, webinars, product manuals and help center content to support the knowledge base of the customers. A few years back, I felt a natural, powerful calling to prioritize my family, put my corporate career on hold when my 3 kids were born, and be fully present to raise them while helping run our family business. My Journey as a mom has transformed me and I’m grateful for the life lessons I have learnt in resilience and embracing joy in all circumstances. I'm now excited and eager to return to the full-time workforce and contribute in creative and insightful ways with my diverse experiences.
