My mission focused on developing new reporting and analysis tools (Power BI/Excel) aiming at: ➤ Following the evolution of estimated delivery dates and better track delays and their impact on projects and revenues➤ Automating the reconciliation of data (employee information, time off...) between ERP and HR software➤ Reconciling and identifying the intercompany journal entries to be processed

ADEME is the French Agency for Ecological Transition. Following the AGEC law (law against waste and for a circular economy), a new department has been created in July 2020 to supervise the recycling industry in France.In this context, I was in charge of:➤ Building and following the budget of this new department: controlling and analysing budget data, adapting the management tools, producing synthesis and reporting, drafting procedures...➤ Developing the 2021-2022 annual fee schedule to finance this new organisation, estimating the related revenues➤ Updating and improving the Excel based tools generating the financial appendix attached to subsidy contracts

➤ Budget: Personally responsible for preparing the 2020 budget of Legrand in New Zealand (sales: 22M€); Consolidated the budget of the Oceania region and prepared the budget supporting documents➤ Price Analysis: Developed a new Power BI analysis tool to follow the evolution of selling prices in Australia (15000+ items) and ensure proper commercial strategy implementation ; Bimonthly review with GM, CFO and sales manager➤ Trical New Zealand: Controlled and analysed monthly results of Trical (acquired 2018) ; Updated and followed financial forecasts; Supported and trained the local team in the integration of the entity within the Legrand Group (financial processes, internal control); Involved in the 2020 Group Audit on-site (Auckland)➤ Digitalization: Digital mentor for the finance department and supervisor of the RPA project (Robotic Process Automation)VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise - Business France)

➤ Improved the monthly reporting process to control, consolidate and report the financial results (internal reporting) of Group’s entities (200+) through automation and better data visualisation➤ Consolidated and analysed Group 2019 capex budget (170M€)➤ Member of the Group digital acceleration program: follow-up of digital projects and O365 features deployment (Power Automate, OneDrive, Teams…)➤ Developed a new tracking tool to follow the docking process of acquired companies (70 since 2004) containing all the tasks to perform after each acquisition (regarding IT, marketing, HR, financial processes…)➤ Involved in the monitoring of Group compliance program deployment of about 15 subsidiaries (US, China, Colombia, Netherlands…) in conjunction with CSR, legal and internal audit departments

6-month internship during which I participated in the FY 2016 audit of large companies headquartered in the North of France and part of various industries including food, transportation, industrial metals, packaging and retail. ➤ Personally responsible for performing various audit procedures covering 9+ accounts (sales, treasury, assets, taxes...)➤ Identified potential risks related to the firm's activities and organisation, to specific accounts...➤ Evaluated design and implementation of internal controls and processes and tested their operating effectiveness
