Agile enthusiast with an eye for detail and a passion for quality, I have applied my unique set of skills and experience to improve people, goals, process, tools, hardware and software products since 2003.I have started out designing and building computer networks, moved on to test networking equipment and software for Nortel. I was rated as an exceptional tester and was eventually awarded validation ownership for the Nortel VPN Client software release for Windows Vista. From there I made the move to web application testing for Monster.com where I helped improve QA process, brought in fresh ideas and left a lasting impression with my peers and managers before making a move to Concur. At Concur I have held a variety of roles, making my way up the ranks by driving efficiency and quality into the validation process. I have established myself as a key contributor and, as such, have been asked to get involved with pretty much all Concur products helping establish process in order to achieve ambitious goals, define metrics and then drive improvements.At MSD I am refining my Agile mindset and helping others do the same. I work with people and help them identify the purpose of their efforts on every level: individual, team or organizational. I am motivated by delivering results, by valuable applications of my knowledge and skills. I like working with people and technology and am particularly interested in complex challenges.
