I fulfill a key function in organizing project teams, define everyone's role in the engineering process and keep track of the roadmap and planning in order to deliver as agreed.My strength is to enthuse the team, challenge every member to take ownership and connect stakeholders by providing clear insight of complex projects for all management levels.Since 2018, I play a leading role in the operations of the agency. Recently we started the transition to a full self-managing organization with the set-up of 10 budget responsible teams (26 fte).

I fulfill an advisory role within the order creation process of Clients. This can be in the field of product portfolio, managing the order process, advising on the innovation processes, managing standards, change management, but also coaching processes, like guiding the transition of Engineer-to-order to Configure-to-order.Furthermore responsible for the design and management of consultancy services, like servitisation, CO2 footprint scans, feasibility studies, smart customization and CtO trajectories.My strength is to connect stakeholders and give them insightin the various interests that play a role in contrary context, such as the development and order-processes within OEM companies.

Initially started as a second-year course called Integrated Modular Design for the HvA; a relevant subject for the curriculum of the study 'Engineering, Design and Innovation'. This I have taught for 5 years, including setting up exams and judge. In addition, I designed an abbreviated series, which I currently teach regularly at the industrial department design at HvA, internal use, seminars and workshops at various Clients.

Enthusiasm (and housing shortage...) made us buy a DIY property 'at the right time'; a shop with 3 apartments.After 4 bathrooms, 7 toilets and 5 kitchens, kilometers of electricity wiring, many (various) meters of pipes, countless floors, etc.. for myself, but also for many others, I dare calling myself an expert in the field of construction. Was it a study? No; too inaccurate for me. My profession? No; Too many loudmaouths in this industry for me. Let's call it a hobby that got out of hand and slowly builds up my pension.
