Doing many things at the same time, listening poorly (to myself and others), thinking fast and therefore thinking too fast 'I know....', little rest and a work-life balance that was out of balance. At one point I thought, 'Stop! time to do something about it' and so I did. I started meditating at Zen.nl where I learned to integrate my thinking and feeling, my mind and body. I also learned to listen and speak in a zen and meaningful way. From a lot of discussion to connection through dialogue.Attention, calmness and openness make you happy.
