Asset Mgmt:• Lead a portfolio of buildings (based in New York City and Los Angeles) evaluated at more than $150M.• Supervise day-to-day operations, project management and brokerage.• Create and analyze monthly and yearly budgets (combined yearly operating budget: $7M).• Analyze monthly income, expenses and cash flow.• Supervise capital improvement projects.• Supervise various tenant improvements ranging in scope, up to approximately $7M.Project Mgmt:• Owner representative for mixed use conversion project ($40M).• Managed the development and execution of a strategic marketing initiative for high-end residential units.• Develop request for proposals, select vendors/consultants and related contract negotiations. • Work closely with construction management (general contractor) for logistics, budgeting and scheduling.• Lead and organize projects between consultants and vendors for alignment and business synergies.• Manage quality control of building and the selection and installation of finishing materials.
